who doesn’t love pizza for breakfast? i know i love it.
to make use of the last dough round, i made breakfast pizza. (the dough this morning tasted wonderful; the longer it proofs, the better it gets). topped with garlic, EVOO, feta, prosciutto, egg and at the end, sun-dried tomato.
egg (especially the yolk) might be my new favorite topping. it added a creamy mellow, rich flavor that married well with the crispy thin crust and sharp flavor of feta and garlic. i love breakfast.
